Dellin Betances Throws For Second Straight Day Monday
6 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Dellin Betances (shoulder) threw off flat ground for the second straight day Monday. He threw from 90 feet on Sunday and 105 feet on Monday and will continue to throw for three more days in order to build up arm strength. The 31-year-old, who has yet to see any action this season, told reporters that a return at some point in June is a possibility in his mind. Consider stashing him in deeper leagues if your pitching needs a small boost and you have an IL spot open or roster spot to burn.
