DeAndre Jordan Puts Together Big Double-Double Versus Jazz
5 years agoBrooklyn Nets center DeAndre Jordan had his best performance of the year on Tuesday against Rudy Gobert and the Jazz, finishing a 119-114 loss with a big 15-point, 17-rebound double-double in 30 minutes off the bench. Jordan shot 6-for-8 from the field and even did a good job with his freebies, posting a 3-for-4 record at the line. His work also included four assists, two steals, and two blocks. Starting center Jarrett Allen posted a minus-14 rating in 18 minutes and he's now logged just 30 total minutes over the last two games, which is encouraging news for Jordan owners. He'll go for a third consecutive double-double on Thursday night against the Nuggets and Nikola Jokic, who struggles on the defensive end.
