DeAndre Hopkins Struggles In Season Finale
4 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught just four of his 10 targets for 35 yards in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Rams. The Cardinals offense was put in a tough spot early on when Kyler Murray (ankle) left the game early in the first quarter with an ankle injury. Backup quarterback Chris Streveler took over and remained in the game until Murray returned in the fourth. Hopkins finishes his first year as a Cardinal with 115 catches for 1,372 yards and six touchdowns on 160 targets. With another offseason to work with the team's young franchise quarterback, Murray, Hopkins should be primed for a big year two in Arizona. He should be one of the first receivers off the board in 2021 fantasy drafts.
