2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver DeAndre Carter played on 65% of snaps last week with Keenan Allen (hamstring) inactive. He could be in line for an increased role once again with Allen's status in question for a Week 3 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Unfortunately, quarterback Justin Herbert (ribs) is also listed as questionable for Sunday, so the Chargers could be relying on Chase Daniel as their starter this week. Regardless, Carter only garnered three targets last week and can only be considered a desperation flex option in the deepest of fantasy leagues if Herbert is in and Allen is out.
