De'Aaron Fox Hurts Right Knee In Monday's Win
2 years agoSacramento Kings point guard De'Aaron Fox made an early exit in Monday's 115-108 win over Charlotte after hurting his right knee. He banged kneed with Hornets center Nick Richards in the second quarter. Fox was initially able to continue, but he soon headed to the locker room and didn't appear for the second half. His night finished with eight points and one assist. Davion Mitchell started the second half in Fox's place and had himself quite a game with 23 points, four rebounds and three steals. The injury also helped Matthew Dellavedova to enter the rotation. The team has announced that Fox is dealing with right knee soreness, so it appears that he escaped serious injury. However, it's not certain that the Kings star can play against the Heat on Wednesday.
