De'Aaron Fox Has Strong First Half In Loss To Thunder
7 years agoSacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox scored 10 points in the first half but only managed to finish with 12 points on the night. The Thunder defense continues to prove to be tough against fantasy owners, and Fox was not spared. He also tallied five assists, but the Kings never managed to get anything going in the second half and Fox’s stats suffered. Fox’s minutes are not in jeopardy regardless of this performance, and he is still set for at least 25 minutes a night. The Kings were up on the Thunder early, mainly from Fox's early outburst, but the team could not hold the lead and the lack of spacing hurt everyone's box score. Fox remains a lower-end option with limited upside due to the inconsistency of the Kings rotations. His improved play does increase his value, but he still does not shoot the ball well from deep, so his upside is limited.
