5 months agoCincinnati Bengals cornerback Dax Hill (knee) is feared to have suffered a torn ACL in the Week 5 overtime loss to the division-rival Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, according to sources, which would cause him to miss the rest of the 2024 season. It's a tough blow for the Bengals defense, as Hill had found his footing in a move from safety early this year. The 24-year-old had already recorded 25 tackles (20 solo), one sack and two pass breakups in the first five games of his third season in the NFL before suffering the devastating knee injury. Hill will now enter rehab mode after likely requiring season-ending surgery and hope to return even better in 2025. The former 31st overall pick in 2022 out of Michigan broke out to the tune of 110 combined tackles, 1.5 sacks, two interceptions and 11 pass breakups in 17 starts in his second year in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
