2 years agoBuffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot/hamstring) will play against the Kansas City Chiefs after missing last week's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Knox hasn't had a boom fantasy performance yet, but it could come in this game that's expected to be a shootout. Fantasy points against statistics should be thrown by the wayside in this game as both elite quarterbacks should be able to score points.
