Davis Mills Throws Four Interceptions In Ugly Loss
3 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Davis Mills completed 11 of 21 passes for 87 yards and four interceptions in Sunday's 40-0 blowout loss to the Bills. The 22-year-old rookie was serviceable in his NFL debut on Thursday night last week but completely fell apart against Buffalo's unit, throwing two interceptions in each half, three of which led to points on the other end for the Bills. Mills wasn't ever in any danger of being removed from the game, per head coach David Culley, though the rookie's performance doesn't bode well for the Texans' offense as a whole moving forward. Mills is in for another tough matchup in Week 5 against the Patriots, who have historically been tough on rookie signal-callers.
