2 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Davis Mills hasn't had the best sophomore campaign, with under 250 passing yards in every contest and two multi-interception games. But if there's ever a time to consider him as a QB2 play, it might be this week, with some popular fantasy quarterbacks on a bye and Mills facing a Raiders defense that ranks 24th in passing yards allowed per game. Mills doesn't have a ton of upside because of the limitations of his game, but there's definitely more reasons to consider him as a streaming play this week than there usually would be.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
