David Perron Reaches New Career High In Points
7 years agoVegas Golden Knights left wing David Perron finished with a goal and an assist in Sunday's 3-2 win over New Jersey to post a new career high in points. He now has 59 points to his name, which betters his 57 points achieved as an Oiler in 2013-14. Perron has registered 16 goals and is tied for the team lead with 43 assists for the Knights, with 15 points coming on the power play. Vegas plays Columbus next on Tuesday, a team that has struggled killing penalties this season (77.1 percent), so Perron could be set for another good performance. He had two assists against the Jackets in the first meeting of the season.
