David Perron Expected To Stay On Second Line
6 years agoVegas Golden Knights left wing David Perron, who was promoted to the second line for Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals against Washington, is expected to keep his place for Saturday's Game 3. Perron has skated on the second line for most of the season and he had a great time there alongside James Neal and Erik Haula as he posted new career-highs with 50 assists and 66 points during the regular season, but he was exclusively used on the third line up to this point in the playoffs after he missed the start of the postseason. Perron has been a bit cold lately, registering only one point in the last five games, but playing with more talented players gives him a nice fantasy boost. Meanwhile, Alex Tuch, who started the playoffs alongside Neal and Haula, loses value with the relegation to the third line.
