David Njoku Questionable For Week 15
19 seconds agoAccording to Scott Petrak of the Chronicle-Telegram, Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Kansas City Chiefs. Njoku has been unable to practice all week, but the team is keeping the door open for the veteran tight end. Fantasy managers should continue to pay close attention to his status over the weekend. Over his past two games, Njoku has averaged an impressive 21.7 PPR points per game and found the back of the end zone three times over his stretch. Before this span, Njoku tallied just two scores during Weeks 7 through 12. If Njoku can turn the corner, fantasy managers should view him as a solid TE1, as the Chiefs have allowed the second-most PPR points to opposing tight ends this season. However, if Njoku cannot play, Jordan Akins would get the starting nod and would be worth a look in deeper formats as a replacement option.
