David Njoku A TE2 In Week 11
1 year agoCleveland Browns tight end David Njoku will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at home in Week 11. Njoku has been coming on strong of late as he's gotten to at least 54 receiving yards in three of his past four games with two touchdowns over that span. The Steelers have been tough on opposing tight ends this season as they are allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position in 2023. The Browns announced that Deshaun Watson (shoulder) will miss the remainder of the season and they will turn to rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center for Week 11. Thompson-Robinson leaned on Njoku back in his only other start of the season, with Njoku catching six passes for 46 yards. Njoku got in a limited practice on Wednesday with a "not injury related-rest, knee) tag but was upgraded to full sessions on Thursday and Friday. He is listed without an injury designation on the team's final injury report of the week and will be good to go against Pittsburgh on Sunday. Fantasy gamers can treat him as a high-end TE2 in Week 11.
