Seattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore is one of a handful of guys battling to snag one of Seattle's final two receiver spots, and he laid down quite an audition on Saturday night. Moore made a fantastic catch on a 52-yard bomb by Wilson in double coverage, and then he immediately followed it up with a 19-yard catch that left the team on the one yard line after Moore bulldozed his man. The seventh-rounder from 2017 spent all of last year on the team's practice squad, and quarterback Russell Wilson described him earlier in the week as a "freak of nature" due to his ability to grab passes. Moore isn't assured a spot, but he's certainly making his case for one.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller

Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore hauled in a nine-yard touchdown in the Panthers' 44-38 win over the Atlanta Falcons. The touchdown reception was his only catch on the afternoon, and he only saw three targets. Quarterback Bryce Young hit nine different receivers in this one, which meant the receiving production was very distributed amongst the offense. For the season, Moore had 351 receiving yards on 32 receptions and three touchdowns. Moore, who is 29 years old, is on a one-year contract with the Panthers, so his future with them is undoubtedly up in the air. With the Panthers being a young team, bringing Moore back as a veteran presence may make sense. However, the Panther's focus will likely revolve around their first-round pick, Xavier Legette, heading into the 2025 season. Moore will not be a recommended fantasy option for managers in 2025.--Nicho Roessler - RotoBaller

Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore was limited to one catch for 17 yards in the Panthers' Week 17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moore has been inconsistent during the season, putting up less than five fantasy points twelve times while scoring more than 10 only two times. Throughout the season, he earned a 10.4% target share, and when we are looking at players to start in fantasy, we need more volume than that. Fantasy managers can keep Moore on the bench in Week 18 versus the Atlanta Falcons. Moore comes in as WR91 in the latest RotoBaller wide receiver rankings for Week 18.--Nicho Roessler - RotoBaller

Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore was unable to get much going in the team's 48-14 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. The 29-year-old registered one catch for 17 yards on one target while playing 32% of the offensive snaps. This was the first game he saw fewer than three targets since Week 7 when he didn't get targeted at all. Moore's next chance to bounce back will be against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 18.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore should be viewed as a desperation flex option in deeper formats in Week 17 when he faces the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While he has seen a solid 6.2 targets per game over his past four contests, Moore has only averaged 3.2 receptions per game. During this span he has tallied just 40.8 yards per game while being deployed as the No.3/No.4 wide receiver in this offense. However, with Xavier Legette (hip) listed as questionable, Moore could have a path to be a starting option this weekend. In addition, with top running back Chuba Hubbard (knee) on the IR, the Panthers may need to rely on their passing attack to keep up with Tampa Bay. Facing a weak Tampa Bay Secondary that has allowed the sixth-most PPR points to opposing wideouts still makes Moore a risky flex option given his placement on the depth chart.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
