3 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop David Fletcher (hip) was held out of Sunday's Spring Training game due to hip tightness. However, according to Angels beat writer Rhett Bollinger, Fletcher is expected to be in the lineup for Monday's game. The 27-year-old has been swinging the bat well so far this spring. Over eight games and 21 plate appearances, he's slashed .350/.333/.500 with three doubles, three RBI and five runs. Fletcher doesn't offer anything in terms of power, but he stole 15 bases last year and he's one of the toughest players in the majors to strike out.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
