David Dahl Signs Minor-League Deal With Milwaukee
3 years agoFree-agent outfielder David Dahl signed a minor-league deal with the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday. He was released by the Texas Rangers at the beginning of August and ultimately signed with the Brewers. The 27-year-old has struggled in 2021, slashing .210/.247/.322 with four homers, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored, and two stolen bases over 63 games. Dahl has shown flashes of upside in the past when he hit .300 with 15 home runs and 48 extra-base hits over 100 games for the Colorado Rockies in 2019. Fantasy managers can leave Dahl on the waiver wire as it will be tough for him to earn a spot in a crowded Brewers outfield that includes Christian Yelich, Avisail Garcia, Lorenzo Cain, and Jackie Bradley Jr.
