Davante Adams Unlikely To Be Traded
2 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams recently voiced his displeasure with the direction of this organization. The Raiders haven't added much offensive talent over the offseason. They've also parted ways Adams' friend Derek Carr in exchange for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. The six-time Pro Bowl wideout does not seem happy with the Raiders right now. Despite that, it's unlikely that the Raiders attempt to move Adams this offseason. He has a dead cap hit of $31.4 million if traded this year and $23.6 million if traded in 2024. The Raiders might be able to fetch a first-round pick for Adams, but it's not worth the cap hit. It's likely that the Raiders continue to ride with Adams, but his fantasy value might drop with Garoppolo under center.
