5 years agoGreen Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that wide receiver Davante Adams (toe) is day-to-day heading into Week 9 against the Chargers. Adams has been out since Sept. 26 with turf toe, but he's definitely getting closer to returning. He could come down to a game-time decision on Sunday afternoon, but hopefully we'll have a better idea of whether he plays later in the week. Adams would need to be returned to all lineups if he plays against the Bolts, although he'd likely be shadowed by cornerback Casey Hayward. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been leaning on his running backs and spreading the ball around to his other receivers with Adams sidelined, so none of Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Geronimo Allison, Jake Kumerow and Allen Lazard have been very reliable fantasy options outside of DFS contests and extremely deep leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
