Davante Adams Dominates Chargers In Raiders Debut
2 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams caught 10 of 17 targets for 141 yards and a touchdown in his debut with the team. Adams was simply dominant in this one, showing his usual elite route-running ability while churning yards after the catch. He saw 11 more targets than any other Raiders pass-catcher and was quarterback Derek Carr's go-to option in all situations. While we wondered how Adams would fare without Aaron Rodgers, he showed that his fantasy value is quarterback-proof. Even in what was an overall lackluster performance from the offense, the first-time Raider showed what fantasy managers can expect all season. This offense will continue to revolve around the elite WR1, and so will fantasy teams.
