1 year agoNew York Giants tight end Darren Waller recorded three catches for 30 yards on the Giants' opening drive against Carolina. New York went on to win the game 21 to 19. The team wasted no time getting their new receiving weapon involved. Daniel Jones targeted Waller four times on the drive, including his first three attempts. The only ball Waller didn't catch was a pass over the middle when a hit by a defender jarred the ball free. Jones and Waller only played the opening drive before calling it a day. The ex-Raider is coming off of an injury-plagued season, but signs point to the tight end being a target hog in his first season in the Big Apple.
