Darren Waller Questionable For Matchup Against Tough Buffalo Defense
1 year agoNew York Giants tight end Darren Waller (groin) is questionable for Sunday night's matchup against the Buffalo Bills. The veteran picked up two limited practices after sitting out on Wednesday. He claimed earlier in the week that the missed practice was planned and he expects to suit up this weekend. There are bigger injury issues in New York that may hamper Waller's production. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor will start in place of Daniel Jones (neck) and several offensive line injuries may force Waller to block more often. Buffalo is also one of the stingiest defenses in football against tight ends. Waller is still a TE1 if he plays due to the scarcity of the position.
