5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles has become an afterthought in the Eagles backfield and is not a starting option in any format in Week 6. After getting 12 touches in Week 1, Sproles has totaled just eight touches since then. He's almost exclusively on special teams at this point and would only develop fantasy value if injuries struck the Eagles running backs ahead of him on the depth chart. For now, he is considered "week to week" with a quad injury and won't even be on the field to return punts. He can be safely dropped in most formats.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
