6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 2 against Tampa Bay. Sproles tied with Jay Ajayi for the lead in backfield snaps in Week 1 with 29, but the Eagles have already said that Ajayi will be in there more often going forward. The backfield usage in the second half of Week 1 is more like what we're likely to see in Week 2, with Sproles splitting third down work with Corey Clement. With Ajayi locked into the early downs, Sproles will have very little upside outside of return yardage leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
