2 years agoColorado Avalanche forward Darren Helm (lower body) will return to the lineup for Wednesday's home game against Pittsburgh. The veteran has been out since Jan. 12 and health issues have limited him to only five appearances in total this season. Helm will replace Evan Rodrigues (concussion) in the lineup and skate as the fourth-line center. Alex Newhook is getting promoted to the second line, while Denis Malgin will get a chance to skate with the top line. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
