Darren Collison Stays Quiet At MSG
6 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Darren Collison settled for a back seat on Wednesday against the Knicks, providing only eight points in a 107-101 win. He shot 4-for-7 from the field and had six assists with one turnover in 24 minutes on the floor. Collison had been great in the previous two outings, but he just wasn't feeling it at the MSG. Getting so few minutes on the floor didn't help his cause either. With eight games played, Collison has logged less than 25 minutes in half of them. Backup point guard Cory Joseph is averaging just a couple of fewer minutes compared to Collison's 25.9 per game, so he's in a pretty bad spot at the moment and can't be trusted in fantasy basketball.
