4 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson Jr. (hamstring) suffered a mild hamstring injury in Saturday's practice. The injury was reported the following day and head coach Sean McVay said he was "hopeful" that Henderson would be fine for Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys. While it certainly doesn't sound like anything major for Henderson, it could be enough to lead to a heavier workload to start the season for veteran Malcolm Brown and rookie Cam Akers. If Henderson remains sidelined through training camp, Brown and Akers will get more of an opportunity to establish themselves.
