2 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson Jr. faces the stingy San Francisco 49ers run defense in Week 4, which makes him a poor choice to start in fantasy leagues. The 49ers are allowing just 78.7 rushing yards per game, fourth fewest in the NFL, and they have only allowed one touchdown in each of their games. So the Rams' 25-year-old running back will find it hard to put up fantasy points, particularly given that he has fallen to the role of 1b in the Rams RB committee. The Rams don't run the ball much to begin with, and now they are splitting carries nearly 50-50, with Henderson on the side slightly under 50. Facing a tough defense and lacking sufficient volume, Henderson is a poor quality start Week 4 against the 49ers.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBaller
