Despite the increased looks, Mooney only managed to catch two of them for a mere 14 yards in the team's 20-17 loss to the Browns. The 26-year-old had a crucial moment in the game's closing minutes, attempting to secure a Hail Mary pass from Justin Fields in the endzone, but the attempt resulted in an interception, sealing the Bears' fate. Since his strong Week 1 performance, Mooney has scored double-digit PPR points just once, with four of the last five games seeing him fall below five points. Playing a supporting role to DJ Moore and Cole Kmet in the passing game, Mooney has faced challenges in a run-heavy Bears team.
