3 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. He has been placed in protocols the same day that the Cavs are expected to get forward Evan Mobley back. This is a tough blow to the Cavs since Garland has been playing at an All-Star level this season. Ricky Rubio will likely be asked to move into the starting five now. He'll have plenty of streaming appeal and is worth holding in the short term. Rubio will also be a low cost DFS option for Tuesday's slate as well.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
