1 year agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland (neck) finished Saturday's matchup against the Lakers with six points, three assists, and one steal. Unfortunately, he didn't last long in this one, logging just 14 minutes before exiting with a neck strain. The injury isn't anything new, considering Garland has already missed time this season because of it. However, with the Cavaliers playing again on Sunday night versus the Toronto Raptors, fantasy managers shouldn't expect Garland to be out there. Of course, he'll likely undergo further testing. Nonetheless, if Garland is officially ruled out on Sunday, Isaac Okoro would likely slide into the starting lineup, although Caris LeVert and Craig Porter Jr. should benefit more offensively.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
