Dario Saric Scores Nine Points In Minnesota Debut
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves forward Dario Saric played 20 minutes off the bench in his team debut on Wednesday, scoring nine points on 3-for-7 shooting. He finished 1-for-2 from downtown and 2-for-2 from the line. Saric bagged three rebounds and a couple of steals as well. The Croatian failed to impress in his debut, but he didn't do badly either. He actually shot better than his season averages and picked up his first steals since Oct 29, so you could even say that he exceeded expectations. Saric will be a bench piece for Minnesota at first, but he'll seriously threaten Taj Gibson's berth in the starting unit.
