Danny Duffy To Be Used As A Multi-Inning Reliever
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Danny Duffy (forearm) will be used as a multi-inning reliever once activated from the 60-day injured list, per manager Dave Roberts. He won't be eligible to return until September 15. The southpaw has been sidelined since mid-July with a left flexor strain. Duffy has been effective as both a starter and reliever in 2021, owning a 2.51 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, and a 65:22 K:BB across 61 innings in 2021. The 32-year-old is worth stashing in league formats with an IL spot and will help fantasy managers in ratios and strikeouts once he returns to action.
