With a chance to arguably add the biggest name to date on his resume, Daniel Rodriguez (15-2) will step into the Octagon for the seventh time on Saturday with a very strong record of 5-1. With heavy hands, Rodriguez has earned knockout/TKO wins in eight of his 15 career wins. Not to be outdone on the mat, Rodriguez has also secured four submission wins, giving him submission victories in 12 of his 15 wins. DraftKings still sees D-Rod as the underdog with a salary of $7,700. Throughout his UFC career, Rodriguez averages 93.9 fantasy points per contest. At this price tag and with his current run factored in, Rodriguez should be a starter for fantasy managers on Saturday.--Matt Bricker

On Saturday, Daniel Rodriguez is set to face off against Santiago Ponzinibbio on the main card of UFC Des Moines. Rodriguez won in seven of his first eight trips to the Octagon, with the lone loss coming via controversial decision to Nicolas Dalby. In his last bout, Rodriguez rebounded from a three-fight skid with a split decision win over Alex Morono in October 2024. Prior to that, he suffered losses to Kelvin Gastelum, Ian Machado Garry and Neil Magny. DraftKings sees Rodriguez as a slight underdog with a salary of $8,000.--Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller

Daniel Rodriguez scored a split-decision win over Alex Morono to snap his three-fight losing streak. Rodriguez entered the fight as the favorite but he struggled early on as the American was outstruck. However, after dropping the first round, Rodriguez picked up the pace as he outstruck Morono 44-to-23. In the final round, as Morono slowed down, Rodriguez outstruck him 57-to-37 while also recording a takedown to secure the fight and get the win. With the win, Rodriguez improved to 18-5 as a pro and is now 8-4 in the UFC and likely saved his job with the victory.--Cole Shelton

Daniel Rodriguez (17-5) is taking on Alex Morono on the main card of UFC Vegas 98 on Saturday. Rodriguez enters the bout on a three-fight losing streak and is coming off a decision loss to Kelvin Gastelum. Despite being on the losing streak, Rodriguez is the favorite as DraftKings has him at a salary of $8,900. In the UFC, Rodriguez is 7-4 with three wins by stoppage while he's been finished twice. Rodriguez likely is fighting for his job on Saturday and will need to defeat Morono to remain a UFC fighter.--Cole Shelton

Daniel Rodriguez looked to get back in the win column. However, it didn't go his way as he lost by a unanimous decision to Kelvin Gastelum at UFC Saudi Arabia on Saturday. Gastelum's weight issue and the resulting change in weight class might have influenced the outcome of the fight. The fight was moved to middleweight after Gastelum admitted to having problems making the welterweight limit. In 15 minutes of action, Rodriguez landed 127 significant strikes. Rodriguez is now on a dangerous three-fight skid without a win in two years.--Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller
