1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed reliever Daniel Hudson (knee), who is dealing with a right-knee ligament sprain, is scheduled to pitch in the team's intrasquad game on Thursday. Hudson won't be ready to go for the start of the National League Division Series on Saturday, but he hasn't given up on pitching again this year if the Dodgers advance to the NL Championship Series. The 36-year-old veteran has been on the shelf since early July, but he could become a weapon for the back end of the Dodgers bullpen if they make another deep playoff run. Hudson only threw three innings during the 2023 regular season because of injuries and only threw 24 1/3 innings the previous year as well.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
