2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Daniel Hudson's (knee) surgically repaired knee isn't bouncing back like the team had hoped, according to manager Dave Roberts. It's not exactly a setback since he's still throwing, but Hudson isn't making progress. It's not a worst-case scenario or anything, but it's still disappointing news for the 36-year-old right-hander or any fantasy managers that have been stashing him as a bullpen weapon early in the 2023 season. There remains no timetable for his return to LA's bullpen. Hudson could still be a candidate for saves whenever he's healthy, but for now the Dodgers will continue to roll with a committee approach with Evan Phillips, Alex Vesia, Brusdar Graterol and Caleb Ferguson.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
