6 months agoDaniel Hemric has kept the Kaulig Racing car on the track the past two races. However, the No. 31 Chevy finished 30th or worse at Darlington and Kansas. Did a week off from the points grind help? Hemric starts 24th on Sunday at Charlotte. It does seem that the Kaulig car gets caught in traffic and dirty air far too often. This impacts Hemric's chances for place differential. In his two Top 10 results, Hemric started inside the Top 20 both times. Hemric's car was 0.687 seconds off the pole time and practice was a disaster with more car problems. His work will be to try and keep the car on the track Sunday evening.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
