Daniel Berger finished with a strong T6 in the 2018 US Open at Shinnecock Hills and hopes to build on that finish at Pebble Beach. After tying for 35th last week at the Canadian Open, Berger enters with just one top 10 in 2019, a T2 at Puerto Rico in February. Berger has little experience at Pebble Beach, finishing 10th in the 2015 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, his most recent start at the course. Strong off the tee, Berger struggles in other facets of the game which will limit his usefulness this week.--Walt Clark
