Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift took 15 carries for 62 yards and caught all three of his targets for 13 yards during the team's 31-17 win over the Miami Dolphins. The 24-year-old was again the clear leader in the backfield, out-touching backup Kenneth Gainwell 18 to eight, but for the third week in a row, he failed to find the end zone as a runner. It was a bounce-back performance on the ground compared to Swift's Week outing against the New York Jets, where he took 10 carries for just 18 yards, but failing to score will see him finish as a low-end RB2 by the end of Week 7. Gainwell took a goal line touchdown away this week. Swift will have a rematch against the Washington Commanders in Week 8. The former Lion went for 56 yards on 14 carries and scored a touchdown in their last meeting. Swift will be considered a solid RB2 in that matchup.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift gets an exploitable spot in Week 18 against the Green Bay Packers in a road tilt. The former Georgia Bulldog has had quite the rollercoaster of a season. He's the current RB19 in PPR formats, though most of his production came during a four-game stretch in the middle of the season. From Weeks 4-8 (Week 7 bye), Swift scored 90.3 fantasy points (22.6 PPG) and was the RB4. However, in his other 12 contests, he'd averaged 9.3 fantasy points per game -- scoring a lone touchdown. Despite his woes, he'll get a Green Bay defense that's much more beatable on the ground than they are through the air. The Pack allow 23.7 fantasy points per game to RBs and are particularly susceptible in the passing game (86 receptions [third-most]). The 25-year-old is RotoBaller's PPR RB15 ahead of the season's final slate of action.--Alex Ciulla

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift was significantly involved in both the run and pass game in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The former Philadelphia Eagle rusher touched the ball 16 times on Thursday, turning 12 carries to 53 rushing yards while catching four passes for 28 receiving yards in Thursday's defeat. Week 17 continued Swift's streak of double-digit touches, as he has been trusted to handle the ball frequently in every game this season. The former Georgia Bulldog will likely continue to dominate backfield touches next week as the Bears will end their season on the road in Week 18 against the Green Bay Packers.--Bruce Clark - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift has not been a dependable fantasy option lately, struggling to rack up points as he deals with reduced volume, efficiency, and scoring opportunities. The veteran running back mustered just 22 rushing yards on nine carries against the Detroit Lions last week, and he hasn't finished with double-digit fantasy points in PPR leagues since Week 11. In fact, over his last five games, Swift ranks 30th among running backs in total points and 40th in average points per contest. These numbers suggest that he should be benched in most leagues, but the reality is that he checks in closer to the RB3/FLEX range. When Swift gets the perfect storm of high volume, pass-catching usage, and scoring opportunities, he can be one of the best running backs in fantasy football. However, that trifecta has been hard to come by in Chicago's offense, leading to some frustration for his fantasy managers. He'll have a chance to get back on track this Thursday night against the Seahawks, who have allowed the eighth-most rushing yards, 10th-most receiving yards, and 16th-most fantasy points to opposing running backs in 2024. He's a solid RB3/FLEX option as the fantasy playoffs continue in most leagues.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift saw the vast majority of backfield opportunities in Week 16 but struggled to turn the chances into substantial production in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Detroit Lions. Swift saw nine carries with only 20 rushing yards, though he caught all three of his targets for an additional 33 yards receiving. With fellow running back Roschon Johnson returning from a concussion, Swift's usage was difficult to project. Despite Johnson's return, Swift saw 12 of the 13 total opportunities between the two. The 25-year-old is set to continue dominating backfield touches against the Seattle Seahawks but is mainly on the RB3/FLEX radar for Week 17.--Bruce Clark - RotoBaller
