Dan Straily Gives Up Three Home Runs Saturday
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Dan Straily had a mediocre start in Saturday's Game One 6-5 loss to the Twins. Straily pitched five innings, allowing three runs on six hits (including three solo home runs) and three walks with four strikeouts. Things could have been much worse for Straily, given that all of the HR he allowed were just solo. The 30-year-old has now allowed a whopping seven long balls in just 14 2/3 innings pitched to go with an 8.59 ERA. He is slated to face the Twins on the road in his next start and should not be owned regardless of who he faces.
