Damion Lee Scores Season-High 26 Points
5 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Damion Lee had a game-high 26 points on Monday night in a 113-101 loss to the Miami Heat. The 26 points are a new season-high for the sophomore guard, and he did it on 7-for-12 shooting from the floor and draining five of his seven shots from behind the three-point line. Lee has been inconsistent most of the season, but Monday night was a step in the right direction. It was the first time he had cracked the 20-point barrier since Jan. 17 and had averaged 10.7 points in the ten games before Monday's performance. Lee will look to build on this performance on Wednesday against the Phoenix Suns in his final game before the All-Star break.
