Damien Harris On The Flex Radar Against Buffalo
2 years agoNew England Patriots running back Damien Harris (thigh) returned to action in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins. He missed the previous five games due to a thigh injury. The 25-year-old rushed nine times for 32 yards and caught all three targets for 18 yards in the Week 18 win. Harris outpaced backfield teammate Rhamondre Stevenson by one carry, but Stevenson led the team with 42 rushing yards. The former third-round pick will split the backfield with Stevenson as the Patriots rely heavily on the ground game against Buffalo. Harris will have an uphill battle against a Bills defense that ranks third in rush DVOA. With the timeshare and tough matchup, Harris is mainly a flex option in deep leagues for fantasy managers in the regular season finale.
