Damian Lillard Looks To Hit 30-Point Mark For Third Straight Game
6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard will look to top the 30-point mark for the third straight game on Friday against the Trail Blazers, which is something he has yet to do this season. Lillard has scored 68 points over the last two games as he tallied 33 against the Cavs on 11-for-19 shooting from the field, including 4-for 6 from beyond the arc, and 7-for-7 from the free throw line. He is averaging 26 points, 6.6 assists, and 2.8 triples as well as 2.4 turnovers while shooting 44.2 percent from the field and 35 percent from beyond the arc over his last five contests. The 7th-year pro has been shooting the ball well from the charity stripe lately, making each of his previous 37 attempts. Lillard scored 26 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out six assists against the Pelicans, who they face on Friday, the last time the teams met.

Damian Lillard Out Indefinitely
1 week agoMilwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard (calf) received some tough news on Tuesday and will be sidelined indefinitely. The star guard has been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in his right calf. That being said, Lillard won't be on the court anytime soon while he deals with blood clots in his right calf. Fantasy managers are probably safe to drop him with most leagues already in the playoffs. The expectation is that Ryan Rollins and Gary Trent Jr. will see boosts going forward. Between the two, Trent is the better fantasy option while Lillard is out.

Damian Lillard Won't Play On Monday Against Suns
1 week agoMilwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard (calf) has been ruled out for the third consecutive game due to a sore right calf. The Bucks aren't going to risk Lillard's health if they don't have to with the playoffs coming in just a few weeks. The timing of this extended absence couldn't come at a worse time for fantasy managers though. Ryan Rollins has moved into the starting five but has had a limited fantasy ceiling in both points and category leagues. Two names to look for streaming-wise have been Gary Trent Jr. (probable - back) and Kevin Porter Jr. Both saw more minutes than Rollins despite coming off of the bench, while Porter registered 18 points, six assists, and three rebounds in their last game on Saturday.

Damian Lillard Likely To Suit Up Against Lakers
2 weeks agoMilwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard (groin) is expected to be in the lineup on Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers, as the team lists him as probable on the injury report. A sore groin has not prevented Lillard from being in the lineup throughout the month, and he is likely to play through the injury again on Thursday. Lillard has been experiencing a small scoring slump recently, finishing back-to-back games with fewer than 20 points. This season, he has had only one three-game streak of scoring under 20 points.

Damian Lillard Will Play On Tuesday
2 weeks agoMilwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard (groin) is available to play ahead of Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. As expected, Lillard will shake off the probable tag and play through his groin soreness. Lillard has played in 12 straight games, so it's going to take more than a minor injury to hold him out of action. The 34-year-old has been one of the best guards in terms of fantasy value this season. He's averaging 25.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.1 assists across 36 minutes this season. Fantasy managers can make sure to get him active in their lineups.
