2 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard (calf) was held out of Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls. Now, the organization is leaning towards shutting down Lillard for the rest of the season. The Blazers are currently three games out of the play-in tournament with nine games remaining on the schedule. It sounds like the team would rather miss the playoffs than risk Lillard suffering a long term injury. The void of Lillard would be basically impossible for the Blazers to fill. Ryan Arcidiacono and Shaedon Sharpe would likely see a significant boost in value, assuming Lillard gets shut down.
