Dalvin Cook Watches Jets Practice Sunday
1 year agoFree-agent running back Dalvin Cook's visit with the New York Jets on Sunday included taking in training camp practice. Members of the front office and quarterback Aaron Rodgers spent time with Cook, and he was also scheduled to take a physical as part of his "meet and greet" with the team, according to head coach Robert Saleh. There is strong mutual interest on both sides, it's just a matter of getting the money to work. The Miami Dolphins also remain interested. If the Jets do sign Cook, it will likely signal the end for third-year back Michael Carter, as Zonovan Knight has shown more in camp. Breece Hall (knee) is a couple weeks away from returning, and the Jets also have rookie Israel Abanikanda.
