Dalton Schultz Looks To Keep The Momentum Going
3 years agoDallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz had an enormous game in Week 3, ending up as the overall fantasy TE1. He caught six passes on seven targets, gaining 80 yards and scoring two touchdowns. After the first two weeks, this looked like an offense that would not be able to support a fantasy starter at the tight end position, as Schultz and Blake Jarwin would eat into one another's opportunities. That may still be the case, as Schultz and Jarwin ran the exact same number of routes in Week 3, quarterback Dak Prescott just happened to look Schultz's way more often. This could be one of those situations where one of the two tight ends performs well each week, but it will be impossible to guess which one. Another strong performance for Schultz in Week 4 against a tough Carolina Panthers defense could put some of those concerns to bed, however.
