3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert gets to start the season with an excellent matchup against the Atlanta Falcons defense. The Falcons were just 27th against opposing tight ends last season, and Goedert is clearly the top tight end target in the Eagles offense this year. Zach Ertz is still around, but he'll take a backseat to Goedert, leaving the latter with the higher upside and higher floor. Despite Ertz's involvement, Goedert is still likely to end the season as a fantasy TE1 as long as he stays healthy.
