2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught all three of his targets and gained 67 yards during the team's 40-34 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16. It was a successful return to the field, but he was not targeted at as high of a rate as many had thought coming into this game. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith had proven that he deserved to be targeted more while Goedert was out and saw a team-high 12 targets this week. The veteran tight end is clearly the No. 3 option for Philadelphia and should still be considered a top-six fantasy option at the position moving forward. He will be a top-tier option next week against New Orleans despite the Saints allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
