6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles rookie tight end Dallas Goedert is not a strong fantasy option in a Week 1 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Goedert will certainly have a role this season, especially in the first few weeks while Alshon Jeffery (shoulder) is out, but with Zach Ertz as the starting tight end, Goedert will be playing a distant second fiddle. He may ultimately catch a touchdown and is perhaps worth a DFS dart throw, but owners in standard fantasy leagues should be able to find a higher floor tight end with a similar ceiling available on the wire.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
