D.J. Moore Inline To Be Alpha Receiver This Week Against Buccaneers
6 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore is in line to have an extended role and be the alpha receiver in his matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moore has finished with a combined 248 yards and a touchdown in his last two games, and that should be improved going against one of the worst teams defending against the position. The Buccaneers are currently giving up an average of 27.3 points per game to the position. With Devin Funchess looking as though he may miss the game Moore should be considered a low-end WR2 this week.
